Vote/New participants problems

I am having problem adding new participants. They are registered, I can locate their names but when I try to add them to a forum, it does not work.
Also when anyone tries to vote in a topic the message is that there was an error and you need to try again.
Anyone having the same problems?

I do not think I have this problem, but, I'm on a test instance, with Docker, my DemocracyOS system is therefore far from stable.
