Tracks with large embedded cover art take several seconds to start playing

Describe the bug/crash

1. Browse to a track and tap it to start playing.
2. Auxio indicates that it is playing (play–pause button in the playing state, media notification), but no audio is heard and the scrubber is stuck at 0:00.
3. After several seconds, playback begins.

The threshold seems to be around 2 or 3 MB of cover image before the delay becomes noticeable. There is no delay when the track was next in the queue (due to preloading?).

Describe the intended behavior

The track should start playing immediately.

Probably because ExoPlayer is wasting cycles and memory doing tag parsing I don't need. Normally I'd punt this off to the ExoPlayer devs but I probably have the means now to just cleave off the entire metadata parser from the library now so I'll just do that @theastrallyforged
