Repro steps

HTTP Toolkit adirf-server (Reversed of Frida-server) in version 17.5.1 does not work. It does not able to list the application for me to select which one to bypass

I tested using local Frida v17.5.1, and it does not work either, that suggest there was something wrong with the v17.5.1.

When I upgrade to v17.7.3 for both Frida-local and Frida-server on the phone, it worked no problem.
