Error in deploy

After install the plugin, when I try to deploy my app a get this error:
/var/lib/dokku/plugins/deploy-hooks/functions: line 5: /common/functions: No such file or directory

I commented this line to test and receive another error:
/var/lib/dokku/plugins/deploy-hooks/functions: line 8: get_app_image_name: command not found

Any idea what's wrong?
