Description of needs

When establishing a fleet for specific events, organizers currently lack visibility into the boat sizes participants intend to spike. There is a need for users to indicate their boat size preference when spiking to ensure the desired fleet composition (e.g., 1 galley) is met. Displaying this information directly in the spike results will streamline event organization and improve planning accuracy.

Acceptance criteria (done when...)

• Users see a dropdown selection field labeled "Boat Size" next to their username.
• Boat size dropdown includes the options "Galley," "Sloop," and "Brigantine."
• The selected boat size is displayed next to each participant’s name on the spike results screen.
• The spike results screen clearly shows boat type for each user who has spiked.
• Users can edit their boat type selection after initially spiking.

Tasks

• Add dropdown field for selecting boat size
• Update spike results screen to display the selected boat type for each user.
• Implement UI adjustments for clear presentation of boat type
• Write automated tests covering spike creation, editing, and result display.
