Is yamtrack able to sync back to Trakt if im watching something?

It can only pull data, it cannot push it back to Trakt.

is there a specific reason? It would open up another area for users to play around with. especially those that just wants a way to add a cross sync for providers or people that just want a single place to see all of their lists without causing issues. Like Trakt has Plex 2 way sync behind a paywall, Anilist doesn't have a native one for Jellyfin as many others.

Maybe https://github.com/cenodude/CrossWatch could be a future solution if it would add support for self-hosted solution like Yamtrack and alternatives. This way a 2 way sync engine could be done outside of Yamtrack and could support more services. And it would remove a single point of failure if one project die or your preferred service changes.

Unfortunately, until Yamtrack doesn't have an API, we are pretty limited in all the integrations that could be possible.
I'm working on an API right now at #924, I don't really have a lot of free time, but I'll slowly get there.
If anyone wants to help feel free to do so.
