Describe the solution you'd like
Currently the Yamtrack Web UI does not show the version number of build running. I have multiple family members on my instance, and they are not tech savvy so when they face errors I have to manually ssh into my machine to see which version is running from docker. It would be great if an About section was included near the settings option or something where you could see the current version.
