GUI loads but the model never trains properly (it's just a blurry mess)

Hi,

I believe I installed everything properly after some trial and error. However, after I launch the GUI with my transform.json (which was created from the included sample data) the model never trains. All I see is a blurry mess that never improves. I checked the camera orientation and unit cube placement and everything seems to be correct there, so I don't know what the problem might be.

Here is a screenshot of my GUI after about a minute of training. I am using the included Fox dataset.

Can anyone help?
