How to use screenshot_frames, screenshot_transforms and screenshot_dir?

First of all, congratulations and thank you for such amazing work!
I've been playing around with the python scripts and I am very interested in how to use the screenshot options, I have tried plenty of commands but I don't achieve to make it work. The question would be: how should I write the command line in order to obtain the screenshot in a new folder?
