Contact modification

Ended-up creating a contact with a typo in it. I was unable to modify it or create a new contact with the same e-mail and/or phone #. It would be a helpful feature to consider adding. Thanks!

You can delete an the existing contact by going to Reports -> Contactbook. After that you can create another one with the same email id.
