Feature request: support other ARM32 Windows versions

I want support for Windows 8, 8.1 RTMs to be added, as well as potential support for certain beta builds (on devices which support these OSes). This could be a lot more interesting than running just 15035.

I wanted to do that but Windows RT 8.1 installation is quite dirty so I don't want to add it at the moment. Also, I didn't intent to convert this to a discussion but I misclicked.
