Dynamic sitemap

It would be nice if generating dynamic sitemap.xml files - a la Next.js's sitemap.ts - could be supported somehow.

Right now, only static generation seems to be supported - and the implementation is internal, so the generation code can't easily be repurposed by the caller.

This is important for integration with content-management systems, and other dynamic routes based on persisted data.
