Increase version number to 0.17.10 and Mergel Pull request. Adding Fixes

Merges Pull Request: docker-archive-public#3462 .. docker-archive-public#3692 .. docker-archive-public#4401 .. docker-archive-public#5306

They are Fix Login. and adding stuff.

temporarily simplifying the building. and remove the test.
