Describe the feature request

Instead of configuring gatus with the config key, provide an option to point to an existing ConfigMap.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

I want to keep the configuration independent of the deployment and not managed by helm. Consider, e.g., an argo-cd deployment where the chart is installed using helm but the configuration resides somewhere different to allow it to be managed by argo-cd
