Project Properties - Libraries:
Classpath: javafx.classpath.extension
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_311\jre\lib\ext\jfxrt.jar

Run: OK!

.Jar file execution: Double click in Windows environment does not run.

java -jar C:\Users\acima\Documents\NetBeansProjects\combobox1\dist\combobox1.jar
Error: JavaFX runtime components are missing, and are required to run this application
