这里说的“存在默认权限的设置”应该是指ACL 1.0中的白名单吧？存在于白名单那中的IP不授权限控制，默认拥有所有资源的最大权限 |

上面的描述很难理解，“但考虑到ACL1.0中，存在默认权限的设置，允许对未匹配资源进行“无权限访问”和“有权限访问”的默认判定”这句话是不是对ACL1.0的功能解释，而不是对ACL2.0的解释！ |
