Which .bin is the right for esp8684-wroom-07

Hello all,
I got a ESP module what is shown in the picture.
I tried to flash tasmota on it.
The flashing itself works fine.

But I tried some of different factory binaries from the tasmota download page, i.e.
Tasmota32c2-factory.bin, tasmota32c2-2M-factory.bin, tasmota32solo1-factory.bin and some other.
But no binary will work. Some doesn't start anyway,
others begin to start and run into a error.

Has someone flashed this little board successful?

Assuming that your screenshot is specific about you having ESP8684-WROOM-07-H2, you did not get the recommended and better supported H4 variant (with 4MB of flash)

Anyway, all of those you mention is not suitable for initial wired flashing, for ESP32 variants you always have to do this using a .factory variant for the architecture, like tasmota32c2_2M.factory.bin (only use this specific one if you indeed need the cut-down Tasmota variant for 2MB of flash).

I never had a problem with my power supply during the last year's and many of ESP modules.
Also today with other esp modules.
I don't think that power is the reason for the fail.

May to find someone who has flashed this module successful and can give the information about the right binary file.

It is common that ESP32 modules need more power than older modules.
How much power do you have available?

5V with 2A delivery and a 3.3V voltage regulator with a continuous current more than 1A should be enough isn't it ?
