how to check if an account is staked or not

hi,

I want to check if an account is staked or not using the rosetta api but couldn't find a good fit, is this possible? if it is, which endpoints should I use?

ps: I also need the validator information, is there a way to get it in rosetta?

1. Rosetta API is not a general purpouse API for "anything to do on Cardano"
2. Validator information is not available on Rosetta, scripts which are being validated are available here:

On chain as per see, there are no validators visible as they operate and validate in the off-chain

3. As for staked or not staked, if you have a stake address and you delegating to a pool you are staking, you can use other APIs such as Blockfrost API to gain more insights. Alternatively we will collect your requirements and in the medium term can prioritize whether to provide additional endpoints in Rosetta.

Rosetta is a very specific API, modelled after Coinbase specification for very specific purpouses generally speaking.
