Not being able to start a thread in Cinny is a bit annoying if one's trying to use it as their main client. It's already possible to talk inside a thread, which is great!

Describe the solution you'd like

A small button next to the "Reply" that simply responds with a thread. The rendering can stay exactly the same it is now.

Alternatives considered

Going to another client to "open" the thread.

Additional context

This should be relatively easy? I might give it a go if no one wants to pick it up in a next few months.
