feat: add unified cross-platform Cold Turkey Pro activator script with v4.6+ workaround

- Created a single Python script that works on both Windows and macOS
- Automatically detects the OS and locates the Cold Turkey settings database
- Activates or deactivates the 'proStatus' flag directly
- Added support note for versions up to v4.6 and included workaround steps for v4.7+
- No need to place the script in ProgramData — runs from any location
