webots crash problem

Sorry for ask technical problem here, but stackexchange claim they can't let me log in due to some unknown reason, so I can't ask my problems there and has to ask them here. And here's my problem:
My Webots client fails to launch on the computer. Specifically, no window pops up when I double-click the Webots.lnk shortcut in the installation directory, the "installation directory"\msys64\mingw64\bin\webotsw.exe file pointed to by this shortcut, or an existing .wbt world file. Additionally, no Webots-related processes can be found in the Task Manager. Below are the details of the runtime environment:

· Webots had previously run successfully on the same computer, and between the last successful run and the first failed launch, the computer underwent no Windows system updates, hardware driver updates, or hardware replacements.
· The computer is running the latest version of Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (Build 26100.4061).
· The computer had successfully run Webots R2025a before.

The following attempted solutions have proven ineffective:

Restarting the computer.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Webots R2025a.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Webots R2023a.

Here is some additional information:

I have reinstalled Webots R2025a once again, but the application still fails to launch without any response, just as before. Additionally, no error log files are generated in the installation directory or the AppData folder after attempting to start it.

Using Huorong Security Software’s process analysis tool, I observed that after webotsw.exe is launched, it starts the webots-bin.exe process. The webots-bin.exe process then launches python.exe and conhost.exe, both of which terminate immediately after starting. Once python.exe and conhost.exe stop, webots-bin.exe also terminates, followed by webotsw.exe, resulting in a failed application launch.

The computer already has Python 3.12.4 installed. Previously, when Webots was functioning on this computer, it was using the same Python version. Python was not reinstalled between the last successful launch of Webots and the first observed failure to start.
