I've been eyeballing a mini-rack build for some time now, and in your video you said you still haven't found a good UPS solution yet. This is the one I have on my build list and per the spec sheet, it should fit just right at the bottom of the rack (Eaton Tripp Lite BC600R)

It also has a fair number of key-hole mounting options on the bottom to secure it to the shelf in the rack.
