I tried ssh -L 1234:openai.com:443 host -p port but it seems that the tunnel can't be established(Connection closed by remote host) because host:post is not a valid ssh remote server.
Maybe a more approriate way is to add a SOCKS5/http proxy option when connecting to openai.com.
