Improve scroll behaviours

Idk if could be problematic to do in vscode but it would be nice to have an auto scroll behavious similar to the web version of chat gpt, where if I scroll to the bottom it follow the generated text and if I scroll up it doesn't keep trying to scroll down.

As shown, with auto-scroll it's nearly impossible to copy text without interrupting the generation, even with auto scroll off there is still the problem of copying text while it's generating the response.
