Would be nice to have vs extension

It would be nice to have a similar extension for regular vs(not vscode)

The languages are different and I really don't see the developer having time/motivation to maintain two different projects.

But it is open source so maybe someone takes the lead on it.

Visual Studio is not an IDE I use regularly hence I won't have time to produce that extension in a meaningful time. However, if there is enough upvotes to your suggestion I may consider it in the future to port this to there. I doubt there will be enough usage on VS to be worth the time investment.
