Node-Red fails to start after updating OS to 10.0.rc1, claims out of memory.

This is running on a Home Assistant Blue. Ideas welcome. Node-Red is not absolutely necessary so I can leave the system as is to test things. Let me know if a trace level logging would be more helpful. I tried debug on Node-Red but it was no different than the normal level shown below.
