insert a record to a database with timestamp (1.8)

Hello,

I would like to ad a single record in my influxdb database. When I log in via the console, InfluxDB shell version: 1.8.3 appears.

one record looks like this:

time                                    savings          power           solar                 consumption
1683816226058395321         320            power          2080                          -1754

i want to ad another one:

time                                       savings          power           solar                 consumption
1683816228000000000              0               power           0                                   0

(just one or two seconds later than the existing one)

the name of the database: power

Can someone tell me the command? I am totally noob and I tried several things and I think I can't make it by myself.
