New component for converting HDF5 to usable data

I'm currently working on converting HDF5 data format into AI model usable input, such as jpg images or point clouds. I've created a pipeline (in python) to perform the conversion, and I'm wondering if there's a component where I could publish my work so other people don't have to repeat my steps again?
