so a failing listener triggers a restart.
To disable the periodic status poll, pass refresh_interval=None

PGQueuer is validated on Windows through GitHub Actions. The worker runs with the
default asyncio event loop and shuts down gracefully with Ctrl+C
even when
signal handlers cannot be registered.
