+Use FAN under the official CTSM
+(1) creat a case from CTSM under this branch
+(2) set up use_fan = 'true' in your  user_nl_clm to activate fan
+(3) set up use_nvmovement = 'true' in your user_nl_clm to activate the nitrate vertical movement
+    and this vertical movement scheme has been introduced to official CTSM
+(4) check the output in h0 files, you should be able to find the results from FAN model
