When will v2.15.0 be released?

I'm wondering when v2.15.0 will be released. I am specifically after the Make kube_cronjob_next_schedule_time timezone-aware feature that was added 3 weeks ago.

I usually aim for a release every three months unless there are critical fixes that need to go out.
