Starting this afternoon CET Spotify stopped playing on my fork of librespot. I rarely use "stock" librespot, but thought I'd double check before asking for help. Checked out dev, ran cargo build on Mac, then librespot. It's seen by the Spotify apps, I can "play to it", but there's no sound...

FWIW: I have a cSpot client which still seems to be working fine.

Yeah you are not alone. This seems to be the follow up to #1527. I have a fix lying around that just uses the extended metadata and then just works again. See https://github.com/photovoltex/librespot/tree/fix/broken-metadata

Hmm maybe not, just rebased on dev and there it also seems to be broken with the extended metadata. But on the old version it seemed to work fine.

And wait again, I didn't adjusted my solution to the uri/id rework, that's probably what did break it during during the rebase
