I honestly do not understand what you mean exactly, but CHATTER and CHATTER 2.0 are the same thing.

CHATTER is 868 MHz device, while CHATTER 2.0 is 915 MHz device, so that the main difference among them is the antenna.
But this is not a problem, given that for satisfactory use the original Lo.Ra. module (the same for both CHATTER and CHATTER 2.0) must be replaced as described in the link I wrote.
