[Bug]: T-Echo BT pairing not possible

Is this bug report about any UI component firmware like InkHUD or Meshtatic UI (MUI)?

Description

With 2.6.9 alpha the BLE pairing with the T-Echo always fails.
Mostly the prompt window instantly dissapears and the pairing fails.
If the prompt stays open, there is no random code displayed on the t-echo and the pairing fails.
Standard fixed code (123456) does not work.

Tried with android 2.6.3 and 2.6.7 on Tablet and phone.

After going back to 2.6.8 there is no more issue.
