Need support about T-beam 1.2 with M8N and GPS problem

I bougth a T-beam 1.2 with M8N GPS, tried the 2.6.4 Meshtastic fw, and apparently it was working correctly.
I then tried the 2.2.4 LoRa APRS tracker fw on the same device and the M8N GPS was not working, the GPS never gets any sat locked.
So Meshtastic configures the M8N GPS correclty and LoRa APRS tracker not.
Even if I'm well aware that this discussion space is not about other stuff but Meshtastic, I am kindly requesting anybody to point me to the correct directions so that I'm able to get the GPS to work into the other fw as well as Meshtastic does.
Any parameter that is critical for M8N to work properly?
Any bit of code that I have to study and replicate?
