Improvements to plugins_icy_draw

Greetings to everyone,
In the repository https://github.com/hellocodelinux/plugins_icy_draw
you'll find the additions for icy_draw.
Anyone who wants to collaborate is free to do so,
or if you have any ideas for new features, let me know here.
I added comments to every Lua file I created, practically for those
who don't know much about Lua to have a description of what each line or segment of the script does.
