Handle multiple FadeCandy devices

Currently this lib handles a single FadeCandy, that controls maximum 512 neopixel leds.

It would be great if we could get a list of FadeCandy's, order them, and split large datasets over multiple FadeCandy's.

Currently I have a single FadeCandy device, so we have two options:

• if you have more than one, and willing to help, send a PR
• buy me an extra FadeCandy, and I'll do the rest :D
