I cannot access my github education

Hi everyone,

I applied yesterday morning and still says "your benefits will be available soon". When that soon might be? Thank you for info. I am from Finland.

Hi @jtjuslin-cloud, the verification process for GitHub Education can take some time, usually a few days. If it still says 'your benefits will be available soon,' it’s best to wait a bit longer. If it takes more than a week, consider reaching out to GitHub Support for an update. Hope this helps!

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @jtjuslin-cloud was approved and your benefits are now available.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

How to enable Copilot Pro for GitHub Education verified students/teachers?
Once you have been successfully approved as a verified student or educator, your academic benefits will become available within a few days. You will receive an email when your academic benefits are ready to be redeemed.

Once the benefits are applied, Copilot Pro can be claimed via the benefits page or this signup link.
