Hi everyone,

They are forcing me to reverify even tho I am already verified. And this new AI bologna is for the birds. Bring back manual verification. I want to speak to a human not have some machine that can't understand I AM SUBMITTING MY TRANSCRIPT and says a bunch of bullcrap reasons for denying. I have never seen a more pathetic system in my life.

Mind you I have tried SEVEN TIMES NOW to verify. I attend WGU I dont have a ID, I have a unofficial transcript, or a pic of my student portal showing my id.

It says manual reviews are no longer available. It just refers me to here. But I got FINALLY approved, but now I have an issue with the Co-pilot pro signup where it shows the "30 day free trial" and wants to charge me $10 a month.

If you have been finally approved, you can't access your benefits right away because your benefits aren't available yet.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
