I'm in the same boat. I followed someone's advice to create a github ticket. This is so frustrating. |

Hi @Steph-001, I recommend you take a look at the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs, and also check out this helpful discussion from a fellow Community member: You can also contact support by opening a ticket here, select " Remember to log out and log back into GitHub before submitting a new application. |

Hi everyone,
Hi,
I’m a faculty member in France and recently applied for GitHub Education benefits. My application was rejected with a list of possible issues (image unclear, not in English, no school name, not identified as faculty), but it wasn’t clear which one applied.
I submitted the official document issued by the French Ministry of Education, which confirms that I am agrégé — this is the highest-level teacher certification in the French system, and it clearly indicates that I’m not a student. This is the only government-issued document available for confirming my position.
I’ve also:
Enabled 2FA
Updated my GitHub profile name to match my document exactly
Deleted a secondary GitHub account I had briefly created by mistake (and informed GitHub support about it at the time)
Since the rejection email was non-specific and there’s no way to request a manual review, I’m unsure how to proceed. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there any way to get clarification or reapply successfully?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
