Hello there, I understand your frustration with having your GitHub Copilot access suspended unexpectedly. This can happen when GitHub's automated systems flag an account for potential terms of service violations. Here's what I recommend doing: 1.Submit a Support Request: If you haven't already, file a formal support request through GitHub Support at support.github.com with detailed information about your account and usage patterns.
The specific projects you were working on Any recent changes in your usage that might have triggered the system Check Billing Information: Ensure your payment method is up-to-date and there are no issues with your subscription payment if you're on a paid plan. |

Hello GitHub Support/Community,
I am reaching out because my access to GitHub Copilot has been suspended due to what seems to be a false positive detection by your abuse-detection systems.
Here is the message I received from GitHub Security:
"Recent activity on your account has caught the attention of our abuse-detection systems. This activity may have included use of Copilot via scripted interactions, an otherwise deliberately unusual or strenuous nature, or use of multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits."
I believe that I have not engaged in any of the activities mentioned, such as using scripted interactions or circumventing usage limits. I understand and respect GitHub's policies, and I strive to follow the rules regarding the use of Copilot.
Here are some additional points that might help clarify the situation:
I have not used Copilot in an automated manner or in a way that would put undue strain on GitHub's servers.
I have not engaged in any behavior that could be classified as "excessive automated bulk activity."
I believe this may be a false positive by the abuse-detection system, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.
Could you kindly review the situation and assist me in restoring access to GitHub Copilot?
I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed, as I am a regular user of GitHub and value the services provided, especially Copilot.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
@tuankiet-0405
