No option in the drop down menu to change my primary email address?

Hi there

This is probably me being a bit daft. I want to change my primary email on github to my backup email which has been verified.

When I go to Access > Emails and scroll to the 'Primary email address' section and hit the arrows next to my current primary, there is no option to change to my back up.
My backup is added and verified.
What am I missing?
