1. If we have a GitHub Teams subscription, can we have 1 runner for the entire organization with multiple repositories
2. My Company works under a private network (Intranet), can I still setup self-hosted runner in one of the servers in my organization.
3. If I am using 1 runner for the entire Organization and since its in a intranet network, which means it has access to other servers within the same network. can i use it for deploying my code to each of the servers if i mention the workflow in the repository.
4. Can I have 2 self-hosted runner for the entire organization as I will need to have HA for my runner, incase 1 crashes, will need to use the other for CICD
