Hello,
I had an active Copilot Pro+ subscription which I cancelled. However, I was still charged $119.37 today for Copilot usage and Codespaces.
This happened right in the middle of the major Copilot plan changes, billing model transition, and usage limit adjustments that GitHub made in April/May 2026.
Being charged significant extra usage fees right after cancelling, during a period when everything was changing and many users were confused, does not feel fair or transparent.
I have already opened an official support ticket: #4377155, requesting a full refund and detailed usage breakdown.
This situation falls within the special refund window that GitHub announced until May 20, 2026 due to these changes.
I would really appreciate any visibility or help from the team.
Thank you.
