Hi everyone,

I have uploaded my documents to support my claim as a student severally, but i keep getting the same error. I think the issue here is that the system cannot read my name on my student ID. What is the way forward for me.

Hi! If the system is unable to read your name clearly from the student ID, your verification may keep getting rejected automatically. I would suggest uploading a clearer and higher-quality image of your student ID with good lighting and all details fully visible.

You can also try:

Making sure the name on your GitHub profile matches your student ID
Uploading an additional proof of enrollment if available
Avoiding cropped, blurry, or edited images
Using JPG or PNG format with better resolution

If the issue still continues after re-uploading, it’s best to contact GitHub Education Support directly and explain that the automated system may not be reading your ID correctly. They can manually review your documents.
