Body
I purchased a 1-year subscription under the promise of unlimited usage. Changing the product terms mid-subscription by enforcing a weekly limit violates that agreement. I want to cancel my subscription and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months.
Getting locked out right in the middle of a major code refactoring is completely unacceptable.
