[Manual Review Request] Automated OCR Bot Repeatedly Rejecting Valid School Documents Due to Formatting

Hello GitHub Education Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Student Developer Pack application (Username: @dev-Aaditya-Patil). I have been rejected over 10 times because the automated OCR scanner is completely misreading the formatting of my official school documents.
My exact legal name: Aaditya Sharad Sandhan-Patil
This perfectly matches both my GitHub Public Profile and my GitHub Billing Information.
The OCR Errors:
School ID Card: The school printed my hyphenated last name across two lines (Sandhan- on the first line, Patil on the second). The scanner reads this as a name mismatch, even though it is correct.
Official Fee Receipt (Attached): I tried using my official school fee receipt instead. My name is printed cleanly on one line, and it clearly shows the date (04-03-2026) and academic year (2026-27). However, the bot is hallucinating and throwing 4 separate errors, claiming my first name, last name, and date are all missing or incorrect.
I have followed every troubleshooting step: updating billing, updating my public profile, clearing cache/using Incognito mode, and cropping out shadows. The bot simply cannot process my school's formatting.
Could a human moderator please review my attached Fee Receipt and manually approve my academic affiliation?

the community is filled to the brim with the exact same issue you and i are going through if its in that large numbers why dont they focus on fixing this major bug thats causing issue for this large number of customers ? I am really enraged of how shit they made the pipeline

The problem is the bot extraction
If we just fixed the extraction process from the document reader then the name will be just fine. Even it can't extract the date.
