What Changed

The http-user-agent attribute was removed from the EXTINF line for ORTB TV. While EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent is still present (works for VLC), the inline http-user-agent attribute in the EXTINF line is required for non-VLC players (e.g., AVPlayer, KSPlayer, general M3U parsers).

Impact

• Non-VLC players cannot access the stream because the server requires a valid User-Agent header
• The stream returns 403 Forbidden or connection refused without the proper User-Agent

Requested Fix

Restore the http-user-agent attribute in the EXTINF line so both VLC and other players can access the stream.

@freearhey The EXTVLCOPT parameters is tested in VLC, OTT Navigator, OTT TV, TIVIMATE, yuki-iptv and KODI successfully. The KODIPROP parameters were deleted since it was error in these applications.
Perhaps we have to re-include the http-user-agent= and http-referer= parameters in the EXTINF line so that other applications that do not take into account EXTVLCOPT can work.
