Ability to select streams

Feat: select option for streams when more than one is available for a feed.

While selecting channels for custom playlist in iptv-org.github.io, it would be better if there's a select option for streams when more than one is available for a feed(similar to the one already present for selecting feeds).
Currently the top-most stream is added to the custom playlist.
