There is an issue with adding a card when using Japanese input.

Specifically:

1.Add another card.
2.Input some text by japanese IME, convert it, and confirm it.
3.When pressing Enter to confirm, the card gets added midway through the sentence.

I believe people in Japan are struggling with this issue.

This is the code to change the card addition confirmation to Shift + Enter. It might be even better if this feature could be made configurable in the settings.
